Man， I gotta say this series took me in by surprise。 It's my first time reading a manga that has a person with a hearing disability as the MC and I think Morishita-sensei is doing a great job conveying it to us readers。 I love how she is able to showcase not only the emotions of Yuki， but I also like how she also lets the readers really know that Yuki has a hearing disability。 I love how she really learned how to do sign languages and also how she changes her font style to know that the person i Man， I gotta say this series took me in by surprise。 It's my first time reading a manga that has a person with a hearing disability as the MC and I think Morishita-sensei is doing a great job conveying it to us readers。 I love how she is able to showcase not only the emotions of Yuki， but I also like how she also lets the readers really know that Yuki has a hearing disability。 I love how she really learned how to do sign languages and also how she changes her font style to know that the person is lipreading etc。From the story's perspective， I love the leads man。 I know I'm in for some drama but I know I'm also in for some doki doki moments。 I can't wait to see where this series will go。 。。。more

Everything！Squee！！ I loved this！ The epic cuteness pulls through again！ But seriously this was so good， it develops the characters and you start to get more hints as to what goes on behind the smiles。 Our hero is more complicated that we first assumed and it really adds tension to the story。 Our heroine is still a precious cinnamon roll that we must protect at all costs！ I’m also getting the impression that there’s a love square on the way which I’m not thrilled about but it’s not enough to stop Everything！Squee！！ I loved this！ The epic cuteness pulls through again！ But seriously this was so good， it develops the characters and you start to get more hints as to what goes on behind the smiles。 Our hero is more complicated that we first assumed and it really adds tension to the story。 Our heroine is still a precious cinnamon roll that we must protect at all costs！ I’m also getting the impression that there’s a love square on the way which I’m not thrilled about but it’s not enough to stop me from continuing with the series！ 。。。more

the only reason he let her stay was because it was both of them， not just her。 She wraps her arm around his and makes it clear that she doesn’t just want to crash there， to which he tells her to stop clinging to him。 Still he invites her in （uh oh）， but immediately sets his stuff down， tells her where the spare key is， and goes to leave again。 She tries to get him to stay， saying “You have to stop doing this。 I only did it because it’s you” which honestly confuses me because I don’t know what she’s referring to。 Either I’m dense， or she’s referencing something in the past that we don’t know about yet。 Either way， his response is to tell her stop crying in the doorway because it’ll bother the neighbors。 The savage！ LOL So yeah， he’s friendly enough with her to let her crash at his place， but not so much that he’s willing to stay alone overnight with her。 Thank God， drama averted。。。for now。 （hide spoiler）]There’s a bit when he and Kyouya are discussing why you have to be diligent in maintaining your language knowledge where Itsuomi pictures Yuki signing with Oushi。 Oh yeah， that boy definitely bothers him。 Kyouya continues to show that he’s a stand-up guy when he worries that Yuki might get her heart broken by Itsuomi。 He also mentions （to himself） “all that baggage with Emma-chan”。 What baggage？？ I want to knooooow！ There’s a moment when Oushi and Yuki are on a train and Oushi lays his head on her shoulder。 Uh oh！ He’s definitely got a crush on our girl！ She brushes him off， though， telling him he’s heavy。 Yuki gets off the train at her stop and he follows， seeing her approach Itsuomi。 He calls out to her （probably a knee-jerk reaction since he knows she can’t hear him） causing Itsuomi to notice him。 And do you know what this man does？？ He looks right at Oushi， puts his arm around Yuki， and pulls her close to him。 And then what he says to him？ Oh。 Yeah。 Oushi definitely BOTHERS him。 That stoic face can’t hide it， his actions are speaking too loud！ LOL Rin-chan and Kyouya share a moment when he expresses concern over Itsuomi's intentions toward Yuki， causing Rin-chan to also worry。 Apparently Itsuomi’s dream is to work at a school deep in the mountains of a foreign country and teach children about the world he’s seen。 So at this point， we’re getting conflicting information。 When Yuki and Itsuomi are alone， there seems to be a definite romance blossoming。 People who are close to Itsuomi aren’t so sure， though， which causes the readers to also have some doubt。 However， then Rin and Kyouya observe Yuki and Itsuomi on a shopping trip and Kyouya's opinions begin to change - Itsuomi definitely treats Yuki like she’s special。 It’s while they’re shopping that Itsuomi makes the first reference to her possibly traveling with him in the future （view spoiler）[ “How about the next time I travel abroad， I put you in my carry-on？” （hide spoiler）] Was it just in jest， though， or was there some seriousness there？ Itsuomi invites her to his apartment and they have some cute moments there。 You know， one of the things I love about how he interacts with her is how。。。open he is。 Like， when she’s typing things into her phone， she tends to turn and hide it until she’s sure she wants to show it， but he types things out to her as she’s watching。 It’s a subtle difference to how they communicate， but noticeable。 When he wants to say something to her， he’s very sure about it。 Incidentally， we learn during this scene that Yuki’s own family never learned sign language。 It didn’t seem to bother her， but it surprised me。 We also learn she’s self-conscious about her voice， but she ends up laughing at something he does and he seems captivated by the sound。 More cuteness ensues。 We then get a scene of Kyouya and Rin-chan， where he tells her about how different Itsuomi seems with Yuki - standing close to her， invading her personal space - something he doesn’t do with just anyone。。。not even Emma。 However， Kyouya’s still not convinced that Itsuomi wants Yuki as a girlfriend， just that he might feel possessive over her because he finds her cute。 That opens up the chance for Rin-chan to find out if Kyouya ever gets that way with girls， likely hoping to get some kind of confirmation that he likes her， but he gives her a general answer that leaves her disappointed。 I just don’t know about him when it comes to her！ Otherwise， still a good guy， looking out for Yuki。 We return to Itsuomi and Yuki in his apartment where they’re having a MOMENT， but get interrupted by the try-hard， Emma。 Emma， not knowing that Yuki is deaf， tries to make her jealous by thanking Itsuomi for letting her stay over the other night。 He looks at her， deadpan， and tells her try-hard self that she’s never slept over there。 He holds out his hand for his key and she has the nerve to ask if she has to give it back。 Uh， YEAH。 The only thing that Yuki witnesses out of all of this， though， is Emma giving Itsuomi a key。 Uh oh！ She ends up walking home alone， thinking he wants to spend time with Emma。 Nooo， Yuki！ You actually see a panel of him running after her， but I guess he never catches up to her because he finds her at Rin-chan’s apartment the next day。 Yuki finally asks Itsuomi why he wants to learn sign language and he tells her （view spoiler）[because he wants to be able to talk to her （hide spoiler）]！ Awww！ They finish the MOMENT they started the previous evening before they were so rudely interrupted and the volume ends with him （view spoiler）[kissing her on the hand （hide spoiler）]。 SIGH。 So good！ 。。。more
